To officially reserve your date, we require a signed contract and an initial payment of 50% of the venue rental fee.

The ceremony fee covers setup and teardown, a room flip (if needed), and one additional hour of event time. You may also book a 2-hour rehearsal up to 30 days prior to your event, based on availability.
Yes, holiday dates and weekends do have additional fees. Please ask your sales manager for details when inquiring about a holiday booking.
Our grand ballroom comfortably seats up to 220 guests with a dance floor, or 250 without. For outdoor, cocktail-style events, we can accommodate even more.
When you reserve Georgetown Oaks, the floor is yours for the day—including the grand ballroom, bridal suite, and our stunning 1,300 sq. ft. sunset deck.
You’ll have five hours of setup time before your event begins. For example, if your celebration starts at 5 PM, doors open at 12 PM for setup.
All events must conclude by 11 PM. You’ll have one additional hour for vendor cleanup. Any time beyond that will be billed at $200 per hour.
Setup and event times are separate, but additional event hours may be addedfor a fee.
Indoors:72” round tables, 96” x 36” rectangular tables, elegant Chiavari chairs, and an optional sweetheart table.
Outdoors: High-top and low tables with chairs for your guests to enjoy the view.
You’re welcome to bring your own décor! Absolutely no birdseed, rice, confetti, glitter, and rose petals. Candles are allowed but must be enclosed in glass containers.
Our venue manager will be focused on preparing the space and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Decorating and teardown are the responsibility of you or your coordinator.
Absolutely! We welcome outside vendors,as long as they are licensed and insured. Please get written approval from our venue manager for any vendors not on our preferred list.
Yes, we have an open catering policy. Your caterer must be licensed, insured, and provide full-service staff for the event. Outside food caterers incur a $15 per guest fee. They’re also responsible for cleanup—any additional cleanup by Georgetown Oaks will be billed at $200 per hour.
Every plated or buffet meal includes our Standard Bar Package, featuring a curated selection of beer, wine, and spirits.
Upgrade to the Premium Bar Package for an additional $15 per person, which includes premium selections.
All packages come with licensed bartenders, glassware, mixers, garnishes, ice, napkins, and non-alcoholic options.
Our bar packages include one bartender per 75 guests. Additional bartenders can be added for $50/hour each (with a 3-hour minimum).
Depending on your package, the bar will remain open for up to six hours during your event.
Yes! We offer a projector and screen, wireless microphones, and speakers. Please consult with our management team about your specific needs.
Yes, a beautiful bridal suite is included with your venue rental for getting ready and relaxing before the celebration.
Yes, we have a designated coat check area. Attendants are available for an additional fee.
We share a 145-space parking lot with LevelUp, plus 90additional spaces available through valet service.
Security can be arranged for an additional fee—just speak with your venue manager for details.
A coordinator isn’trequired, but we do ask that you appoint one main point of contact to handleday-of coordination. Our venue manager’s role is different from a coordinator’s—they oversee venue operations, not timeline or décor setup. We’re happy to recommend excellent planners from our preferred list!
You’ll typically have two meetings—one shortly after booking and another 30 days before your event to review final details. You’re always welcome to schedule extra meetings if needed.
